1. Supporting Current Production System (Primary Task)
2. Helping out in the helpdesk running around solving pc problems (Secondary task)
3. Handling testing environments over 3 different testing scenarios (Extra task)

ARGHH...
no 3 was an added on coz Piggy's Tai Lou have gone for some Java trainning.. leaving piggy all alone to maintain the testing and also handle the production system.. ugghhh
