I shalt not comment on this but just point out some quotes stated in the article...
I think these are bad quotes....

"don't want to see the workforce and technologists favouring only certain races in Malaysia"
"not reflecting the real composition of the population"
Good quotes...
"need to move forward and make it our priority to facilitate the creation of more bumiputras in the ICT sector"
"do not want handouts but the opportunity to succeed on a much more level playing field"
Im not sure where this article is targeting.... but i think it contradicts... what do you think ?
